General

Each time your service program requests a text message identification code, an authentication message with a unique passcode will be sent to your mobile phone. By authorizing your service program to send a passcode to your mobile phone, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. We may amend these terms, and modify or cancel the passcode service or any of its features without notice. Using this passcode service is not a guarantee that you will receive text messages from your service program, and neither your service program nor your mobile carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide your service program with a valid mobile number and agree that each time you request an SMS identification code your service program may send you a one-time passcode message to your mobile number through your wireless provider.

Frequency

Messages from your service program's passcode service are one-time passcode messages used to authenticate you in a financial, business, or other transaction. Unless you are engaged in a transaction in the future that requires authentication from your service program and you consent to receive a subsequent passcode message, you will not receive further messages from your service program.

Rates

Although your service program does not charge you a fee for these messages, message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You are responsible for any applicable charges. Contact your mobile service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply.

Need assistance?

If you received a text message from your service program passcode service, you can also text the word “HELP” to the 5 digit short code number from which you received a passcode on your mobile phone. To stop receiving text messages on your mobile phone from your service program, text the word “STOP”.
